Isa 11:2  And the spirit of the ETERNAL shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the ETERNAL.

Rev 5:6  I saw in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, a Lamb standing, as though it had been slain, having seven horns, and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of the ETERNAL, sent out into all the earth.
Because the 7 ruach of the ETERNAL are sent out into all the earth, we as His servants must possess these spirits in order to serve the ETERNAL.
Rev 3:1  “And to the angel of the assembly in Sardis write:
“He who has the seven Spirits of the ETERNAL, and the seven stars says these things:

    The Ruach of the ETERNAL

    Ruach of Counsel - H6098   עצה   ‛êtsâh   ay-tsaw'
From H3289; advice; by implication plan; also prudence: - advice, advisement, counsel ([-lor]), purpose.
(Wis 9:13)  For what man is he that can know the counsel of The ETERNAL? or who can think what the will of Elohim is?
(Wis 9:14)  For the thoughts of mortal men are miserable, and our devices are but uncertain.
(Wis 9:15)  For the corruptible body pressess down the soul, and the earthy tabernacle weigheth down the mind that musees upon many things.
(Wis 9:16)  And hardly do we guess aright at things that are upon earth, and with labour do we find the things that are before us: but the things that are in heaven who hath searched out?
(Wis 9:17)  And thy counsel who hath known, except thou give wisdom, and send thy Ruach HaKodesh from above?
We must seek the Counsel of the Most High in order to live our lives in a pleasing manner. The Counsel could very well be the same as The "VOICE"!
(Psa 119:23)  Even though princes sit and talk against me, thy servant doth meditate in Thy statutes.
(Psa 119:24)  Yea, Thy testimonies are my delight, they are my counsellors.
Where do we find the Counsel of the ETERNAL?
Jer 23:18  For who hath stood in the council of the ETERNAL, that he should perceive and hear His word? Who hath attended to His word, and heard it?
Jer 23:22  But if they have stood in My council, then let them cause My people to hear My words, and turn them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings.
(Psa 1:1)  Happy is the man that hath not walked in the counsel of the wicked, nor stood in the way of sinners, nor sat in the seat of the scornful.
(Psa 1:2)  But his delight is in the law of the ETERNAL; and in His law doth he meditate day and night.
    "The Counsel of the Wicked"
    Isa 30:1  Woe to the rebellious children, saith the ETERNAL, that take counsel, but not of Me; and that form projects, but not of My spirit, that they may add sin to sin;
(Sir 37:7)  Every counsellor extolleth counsel; but there is some that counselleth for himself.
(Sir 37:8)  Beware of a counsellor, and know before what need he hath; for he will counsel for himself; lest he cast the lot upon thee,
(Sir 37:9)  And say unto thee, Thy way is good: and afterward he stand on the other side, to see what shall befall thee.
(Sir 37:10)  Consult not with one that suspecteth thee: and hide thy counsel from such as envy thee.
(Sir 37:11)  Neither consult with a woman touching her of whom she is jealous; neither with a coward in matters of war; nor with a merchant concerning exchange; nor with a buyer of selling; nor with an envious man of thankfulness; nor with an unmerciful man touching kindness; nor with the slothful for any work; nor with an hireling for a year of finishing work; nor with an idle servant of much business: hearken not unto these in any matter of counsel.
(Sir 37:12)  But be continually with a godly man, whom thou knowest to keep the commandments of the ETERNAL, whose mind is according to thy mind, and will sorrow with thee, if thou shalt miscarry.
(Sir 37:13)  And let the counsel of thine own heart stand: for there is no man more faithful unto thee than it.
(Sir 37:14)  For a man's mind is sometime wont to tell him more than seven watchmen, that sit above in an high tower.
(Sir 37:15)  And above all this pray to the Most High, that he will direct thy way in truth.
We must seek the Counsel of the ETERNAL!
(Psa 33:10)  The ETERNAL bringeth the counsel of the nations to nought; He maketh the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect.
(Psa 33:11)  The counsel of the ETERNAL standeth for ever, the thoughts of His heart to all generations.
Pro 19:21  There are many devices in a man's heart; but the counsel of the ETERNAL, that shall stand.
